Looking for an expert - paying good

I have geographic restrictions on some m3u8 streaming file, which limits some specific country to watch the stream (if i'm running it with JWPlayer it's working all over the world, except this specific country).

Looking for an expert that know how to solve this issue,
ofc i'm paying about the work.
