need help to get rtmp or ts from tamilhdtv.net

i been searching how to get their live channels work in my vlc but so far i have found nothing ,if any of you kindly direct me how to do or just reference it then i will google it and learn about (pretty please)

p.s this is the link i have been trying to get stream from http://www.tamilhdtv.net/2016/02/sun-tv-live.html
