how to get m3u8 link for ustream/livestream local news

I was trying to use url snooper and livestreamer to try and get the m3u8 link of some localized content for myself but I'm having trouble with both of them.. Can someone help me understand how to do this myself and or provide the links for me?

One is a ustream link:

The other one is:

Adblock Plus in Firefox & Internet Download Manager help a lot.

Have you tested your links!
1st link does not play, period!
2nd link only plays for a few second

With regards to turnto10, one of the problems is that the link is NOT LIVE all the time. Try specifying when it goes LIVE (i.e. it goes live at 10 am, 12 am 2pm and 5 pm GMT or EST or PST time), so we can try to sniff it out at the right time. See in CA they're smarter LOL...their LIVE broadcast times are streaming right there during the non-live gaps
