How to get this ".stream" into VLC and M3U file

Hi,
I would like to thank any and all for trying to help with this, and it may be really easy?? This is fairly new to me though.

I went to this site “http://ifirstrowus.eu/watch/49037/1/watch-nfl-network.html “to watch sports and found the stream listed in the URL. This site has a bunch of adds on it that pops up soon as the page is loading. I use "Inspector" to bypass the add overlays though.

I wanted to watch in VLC to bypass the ads. I then made so ".m3u" files and wanted to add the live stream to the list.
This have been the really hard part. I have used many internet tools on the web to try and find rtmp file url. I have had success and I will list the programs and urls I got from them:

I think everyone reading get my point. I'm trying to get this stream into VLC player either piping it with rtmpdump or preferred, getting into a .m3u file list.
