hi, denobis spike.com does not work with this update the downloads stop at random times and the .ts files delete them self from the download location and then atres starts to download the same part again from 0mb
if you watch the download folder/location as the video is downloading you will see what I mean

v17 never had this problem but none of the old versions work any more they say corrupt module
if you can't fix it is there away to get v17 working again?

Thanks for the update, for some reason I still can not get your downloader to work for me.

-I install the Full Package
-Run the Program as Administrator (in Windows 7)
-Type the URL in the Url Box
-Sometimes I leave proxies ON, other times I turn them OFF
-Then I click SEARCH

-Sometimes the program does Nothing
-Other times it changes from WAITING to PROCESSING and then just hangs there forever and does nothing.
-A very few times I got a box in the upper right hand corner to appear and when i clicked on it it asked me to enter a NAME, but after I did, It did NOTHING.
-Once and only once I got several boxes with files listed, but when i tried to click them, again, it did NOTHING.


Your program seems very simple to me (even though it is only partially in english), but for some reason I can never get it to work.

Am I doing something wrong?
Does the program only accept certain types of streaming video links?

I would really love to know what i am going wrong because it seems like a great program ........ if only i could get it to work.

I have tried links from all the popular tv websites (cbs, abc, TNT, AMC, Fox, USA Network, watchdisneychannel, etc) and none of them have worked.

-I go to the website
-select a video i want
-wait for it to start streaming
-then copy the URL from that streaming page and paste it into Atresdownloader.

However i have no success at all. Unless i am missing something, i am doing everything right. I have no idea why it wont work for me.

Just got a new Win 7 machine today, Win 7 x64 Ultimate, and after installing and starting Atresdownloader (as admin) I get this error:

The DOS-like black window has the following error message

I have not had this problem on my old machine where I got to download and install the new version of Atresdownloader


Do I need to install some framework for this to run properly?

There are problems with the proxies, but if you are in US with no proxies option you must catch the streams. I've tried it with vpn and worked good

hi, denobis I am still having problems with spike TV I have my own DNS so its not your proxys causing the problem for me

the issue started a few weeks ago with v17.2 so I down graded to v17 and had no problems using that version with spike TV so the problem must have been caused by an update to v17.2
but now none of the old versions of atres work any more they say corrupt module

This is a global answer to questions related to hanging searchs:

- Unless there is a faulty script, the hangings are related to searchings with proxies which are free so i cant do nothing with this
- With working vpns there are no errors and sites like spike or BBC work good
- if you use other proxies or dns tools, then the erros are related to these, and not to the program beeing the case that it works good under vpn.
- Faulty or error module means the program cant get the module from the server, so check your internet connection: antivirus, firewalls and so on.
- This applies only to v17.3.

Maybe I can explain more. I have the latest version. I'm using windows 7. I'm in the US. I tried to download a video from hulu. I selected and pasted the link. I chose no proxies. I searched the link. I chose the quality i wanted. Everything seems to work but it remains at zero. It doesn't download. I even disabled my antivirus and firewall at one point to see if that was the problem. It still didn't work. I'm not saying it is the software, but because I'm so new to this, I don't know what's wrong. Anything that anyone can do would be of help. Thanks in advance.
