Local stations

I am a newbie, and have searched the forum. I have not been able to figure this out, but have to get these working before my wife will let me ditch DirecTV.

WoodTV8 News (Local for me) -

*Found the rtsp address (rtsp://212-125.livestream.com:8080/livestreamiphone/1853498_1645986_8a208d4d_1_1756@188541), but I either get pixelated video, no video, or no audio.*

Any help would be appreciated.

*I have tried URLSniffer and couldn't figure out which results I needed.

*I am trying to create an XBMC compatible strm file for these stations.
