Como descargar videos f4f a MP4

Hola, no entiendo como puedo descargar video/f4f utilizando php con Adobe_HDS_Downloader.
Cuando estoy en la descarga de fregmentos no se descarga y simplemente corre el número hasta el final y lo único que hace es cerrar Adobe_HDS_Downloader.

php AdobeHDS.php --manifest "link to manifest" --delete

este funcciona para los segmentos que no estan encriptados.
