how to download ism fragmented video stream

hi,
I would like to download video file from this site:
http://www.tvp.pl/publicystyka/programy-informacyjne/wiadomosci/wideo

with CooJah URL capture I chcecked there are URLs like this one:
http://46.28.242.13/token/video/vod/...o=15620063492)

how to download whole video file? with what kind of software? is it possible to play it (this stream) with VLC
