Trying to record from nicovideo.jp - having an issue

Okay, so I have WM Recorder 14 (I have also tried WebVideoCap, Freecorder, and a few other random things from searches, such as Cam Studio). But I have the full paid version of WM Recorder 14, so I'd like to use that.

I have learned that you have to basically make an account, reserve the program you want to download (the livestreams) for "timeshift" and then wait until at least 30 minutes after the program has ended and load the page then to allow it to record.

This has worked fine numerous times now. However... this one time, it has not. There's 4 hours and 29 minutes of a program here: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv131491899 (I doubt you'll be able to see the program since you have to have reserved for the time shift to actually see it and it is only available to members who have for 1 week) When I download it by loading the page after having launched WM Recorder 14, it records 3 hours and 2 minutes of it and stops.

Now... during the videos actual livestreaming time frame, there was this moment at 3 hours and 2 minutes in which it actually sort of hiccuped and 'reloaded' and then it went on to the part of the show I actually REALLY want to have recorded. (The broadcast that I am seeing here available for me right now HAS this portion of it with no hiccup at all. It has the 'intermission' screen for approx 8 minutes and then goes on to the hour and a half worth of content I want recorded.) But no matter how many times I try or what I try, nothing will record the dang thing from the 3 hour 2 minute mark out to the end.

It's probably good to note that I can only watch this program all the way through ONCE before the link 'expires' and will no longer allow me to view it. (It counts as once I have seen all the way to the end of it, which I still have not, because I'm trying like 30 second to 2 minute incriminates on the other programs I've been trying to use.)

So... in effect... what on earth should I do? I'm so frustrated right now because I've spent the entire time since coming home from work until now (going to bed in a moment) trying to make this work. I've already shelled out money on the program that /was/ working and I really don't have more money to be throwing at this because of a system hiccup. Please help me use the tools I have (or free things) to make this work?

I have Windows 7 and I can use either Firefox or IE to load the webpage. Thank you in advance!
