Using RTMPDump and RTMPDump Helper - cant download entire CSPAN video

I discovered RTMPDump and RTMPDump Helper which work great when it comes to ABC/CBS videos. I can dowload all of Face the Nation, This Week etc. But in the case of CSPAN it only downloads 1 hour of a particular video. Additionally the downloaded video contains other programming at the start - as it I had been watching it on CSPAN on TV waiting for a particular event to start. Has anyone used RTMPDump with Helper to download an entire CSPAN video?
