kelby training

I got rtmpdump running Ubuntu and I want to download videos off Kelby Training so I can view them without an internet connection. But I am not sure how to set this up in rtmpdump properly. Can anyone please help?

it is kelbytraining.com and there isn't anything specific i am just asking how i can properly set to download.
