I am attempting to repair a video file that I recorded with a Toshiba Camileo B10 recorder. The recorded froze after about one hour of recording. As it was unresponsive to any buttons, I was forced to remove the battery to turn off the device. Now I have a 3.4 Gb .mp4 file that won't play with VLC.

Any advice on how I might repair this file?
