Knocked this up today: https://github.com/krazyjakee/Huleech

You can upload it to a server in the USA/Canada and using a get request you can instantly start downloading the FLV video in your selected quality.

If there are any programmers out there willing to get their hands dirty, please fork me and help integrate Hulu Plus capability into the script.
