CBC.ca : RTMPDump doesn't downloading the highest bitrate

Hi,

I used RTMPExplorer and I could download video with 640x360 res and 900kbps. Then, I was messing around with pmdump to search how I can download the subtitle and I found something about different res and bitrates.I took the rtmpdump command and rename the output and mp4: with the one from the higher bitrates but I got only error. I already tried this method with itv and there is no error.
