Yes, it's quite easy to record with Replay Media Catcher or any Screen Capture program!

RMC (the first) would be the easiest solution though

Hey, I tried to use Replay Media Catcher, but whenever I download any of the streams, it stops around the 1 hour mark. Do you know why this happens?

Probably running in "Demo Mode" (only around 50% of the video will be downloaded). Buying the program will remove this restriction.
