How to record Eurosport live stream?

I've been watching the Cross Country WC on www.sportlemon.tv and have spent a couple of days trying to figure out how to capture the stream. I'm on an Mac running 10.4 (and I don't want to spend any $$), so my software options are limited. I've got VLC loaded up and am hoping to use it to record, but am having trouble figuring a URL to open. Tried looking at Activity window in Safari with a stream running, tried using HTTPScoop to see something, but I'm pretty sure the streams on this "service" are pretty well hidden. I'm looking for tips on sniffing the right URL for streams on www.sportlemon.tv or a better (ie easier to rip) source for Eurosport. Thanks!
