Channel Nine FixPlay video recording (Silverlight)

any ideas on how to download videos from Channel 9's FixPlay service?
want to get 'young doctors' episode but no clue on how to download it
the website uses Silverlight to stream video

I'm sure there are a FEW channel 9's out there. :-)

Generally speaking though, for silverlight I'll recommend Screen Capture programs such as Replay Video Capture
