Looking for someone to install CCTV for internet remote access with pay

I am looking for some one to install CCTV for internet remote access with pay. I have gotomypc installed on my pc and can be accessed remotely to my pc.

I have a KOBI CCTV cpcam 4ch DVR. I could not find any one here in Chonburi, Thailand to install it for me. I have some knowledge but not in great deal in internet connectivity.
