How to use authentication for Windows media encoder broadcast

Hello im new here so bear with me for this one,

Im using windows media encoder to stream/broadcast video. Until now the only authentication or restriction in wme i found is ip restriction which is boolshit. I want to use account based authentication for clients that connect. Im using windows xp os.
