Help to find FREE videoconference software or video conferencing web service

Is there any FREE videoconference software or video conferencing web service? Do I have to buy it or rent it?

Can anyone give nice solution for this question, because i wanna some clear and brief information about this.

Skype or Yahoo messenger both have programs even have add-ons where you can do easy file sharing. But for confediental exchanges I think you shall better opt for something secure like gomeetnow or Microsoft netmeeting..they might be a better solution for pro. needs

Skype has free conferences and it has free video calls, but videos can not be used in Skype conferences. So you can enjoy a video call with your friend, but this thread is more about video conferences

tokbox allows video chatting chatting with up to 20 people at once for free. It has premium features like scheduling and moderation which are not free.
