Problem with recording...

I recently had recorded a video from netflix and the quality is great but some frames are cut in the middle and placed out of order.Is there any way that I can fix this problem? I think it's the browser's fault.

Anything,just to fix this jumping screen bug.
I am using Replay Video Capture 6.
