difficulties with loading a particular video online from youtube

ive been having some difficulties with loading a particular video online from youtube , the problem is it runs for a minute or two then stops and it seems like the video is all done for untill i playback and realize that its only loading like a limit of two minutes or less sometimes a bit more ... ive tried downloading a different browser since some complaints have been going out that using a different browser might help ease the problem, but i got no results ... i even deleted all the temporary internet files to see if speed is part of the problem having to perform on a no a low tech computer but thats not the case since a month back everything worked fine... anyone ever had a particular problem that would like to share their solution with ?
