VDownloader Wont Start?

Hi, I just downloaded and installed VDownloader on my first pc but when I click on the desktop icon and try to open it, it wont open. Can anyone help me with this, am using xp home?
PS: I put it on my second computer and it works great!!!!

You can always use other software like freeware Freecorder 4, freeware Jaksta Free Media Recorder, freeware Fast Video Download,....

Freecorder 4 and Jaksta Free Media Recorder can save HTTP flash videos and convert them, so they are useful not only for recording sound.

Fast Video Download is a Firefox browser extension, so it is free as well! I use it in Windows and Linux.
