How can I convert MPEG-2 video file to wmv file

Hi guys,

I want to convert MPEG-2 video file into wmv format using C++.NET 2005. I have also some practical knowledge about directshow filters.

How can I starts this conversion process?

You can try to use Windows Media Encoder or FFMpeg, MEncoder
