Sound is lost after 20mins of video recording.

Hi Guys
I use RM v12.1to record, why is that after 20+ minutes the recorder loses sound and the images perform like they are in slow motion after recording perfectly normal.

any advice most welcome

What is RM v12.1? Do you try to record a live stream? What stream format do you try to record? Can you post a link?
