Remove DRM from PDF - Can not read in ADE, Adobe Reader etc etc

Hi,

I have the following:

a pdf that has DRM protection
I'm unable to read the PDF in ADE, Adobe reader etc etc
The usual methods (Calibre, Python etc) do not work
Is there any way to remove the DRM in this case?
