I need a software that can download RTMP videos

I need a software that can download RTMP videos, and then for example if it's a live stream and while its downloading it can be watchable in Flash Media Server.


Better explanation - When its downloading, in my JWPlayer which gets my FMS.. I want to view the file

but if i use that and what happens is when i put FMS on play it keeps stopping every second because its recoding :/
