Justin.TV and UStream.TV provide RTMP streams that can be recorded with Replay Media Catcher and other RTMP Flash stream recorders. The problem is that I don't recall any programs of this type that have a scheduling feature.

RTMPE streams can only be captured with Replay Video Capture software.

Some p2p TV streams can be recorded with HiDownload. The latter program has a scheduling feature.

If you are OK with recording from screen, you may use screen video capture software. liteCam, for example, has a scheduling feature.
