I wonder if anyone can help me.

Since Disney has merged with Hotstar, they have made it a lot more difficult to download videos from their site and many of the VPN's are not working on the site. Currently, I am only able to download Hotstar videos through Adownloader, however, recently that has stopped downloading and converting a full file into mp4. It is now only giving me the option to save a m3u8 file and in a folder, it downloads .ts chunks (between 315 to 325 chunks). So now I have all these chunks in a folder that are 2-3 secs long. Could you please kindly tell me how I can put all these chunks together to make one file without losing the quality and if possible in mp4 format?? I would really appreciate your guidance.
