For the start you can use screen recorder.
The best you can get from that is that you can resize recorder size to video size.
I read years ago one developer saying that nobody ever can make copy of his images.
He got reply from somebody saying yes, if you can pull PrtScrn key out of my keyboard.

Thanks for the reply, I have found for me a much simpler way is to use all 4 steps below together to record the videos:
1 - hook up a HDMI recorder box to my tv. I used one like this

2 - hook up my google chromecast to my HDMI recorder box
3 - use smartphone to activate google chromecast via"Google Home"
4 - use my "windows 10" pc to play and control the video. My windows PC can contact the google chromecast.
