So far I know you have to get HDHomerun Prime from Silicondust but I don't know about Cox but I have Comcast they have Cablecard so ask your Cox Provider and see if they sell cablecard for HDHomerun but make sure to activate it too before inserted in HDHomerun and you go to "http://my.hdhomerun.com" with internet Ethernet wired between connect to HDHomerun and internet modem box. So from this time I am trying to capture it via VLC media right now so I rather to download with closed captioned so I can make embedded subtitle for offline viewing.
