What really annoys me is that a model on my list shows a 20 min recording but search the main site and there is a 90 min recording of the same show, which you can download for free so what the point of premium is I'm not sure.
I've emailed support about it but got no response, not sure I'll be renewing my premium, pity, great idea but just doesn't seem to work.

Yep, just had 2 recordings for 2 different models today. One captures the whole 3 hour show, that's great (if she did anything in those 3 hours which she didn't...) And the other model was also on for 3 hours, except the last hour she sat and talked to the viewers after the goals were met and it only recorded the last 22 minutes of the show.
