Let the subject of this thread aside, I noticed that your rtmpdump version is:
RTMPDump v2.4 GIT-2015-12-23 (Compiled by KSV)
and mine is:
C:\MISC>rtmpdump

Did I miss right download link somewhere for the latest release?
My Ubuntu also has it wrong:
