Figured it out.

You'll need to use Mozilla with AdBlock Plus installed. Make sure ABP is turned on and head over to the WatchESPN page that has the stream you're wanting to download. As it begins to load, click the down arrow on ABP and select "open blockable items." Then, simply type "content.uplynk" into the search box and that should give you the url.
