After I downloaded mp4 from Netflix FreeGrabApp, I couldn't open mp4 with Handbrake because I want to embedded subtitles with mp4 from Netflix movies. If Handbrake is not working, could you point which alternative software that I should use instead of Handbrake or is there a way to remove protection thingy off of mp4?
