@ jonaaa - could you try to help me please?

I'm now using BigBoot's downloader, as in the image above, version 1.4.0.
No matter what I try to download, the download starts quickly, slows down to almost no transfer at all, then a couple of seconds later, the progress bar completes, but shows red. If I check the downloaded file, the content is there, but typically only the first minute or so of the track. Are you able to suggest what is causing this? Do I need to be using a proxy perhaps?
