I'm not into javascript or programming in general, but I see that Facebook cut the live streams into little size video and audio files (M4V & M4A), chunks. And it's only when the video ends that the single link to it is created (if i'm not mistaken) and the video is downloadable IF the owner hasn't decide to hide it or even delete it.
Now, even when the owner hides the video, that takes sometimes several seconds and one can find the link to the downloadable video just before it disappears, and the link will still work for several minutes, but that's rare, and the hiding process happens normally almost instantly.
However, I still can play again the video on my computer (a cached version I think) for like several minutes, before the chunks go obsolete (again if I'm not mistaken).
So I'm wondering if there's a way to save the playable video (like merging the chunks maybe?) other than having to use the screen recording method. Any ideas ?
I would like to know too... looks like there is not a solution for this and i am quite surprised...
