I like this tv show, and i would like to download the episode i have miss.
For exemple this one :

I have try in so many ways. Or it works, but need to pay a software, i am ok with it, the problem is when i ask question to their support they don't answer me, so i don't dare to buy.
Or i find free way to download the video from chrome, but... nor VLC neither Media Player can read the video. And all my tools to give me informations about video codec can give me zero information about this file.
So, is there a way to convert this video ?
Or is there a free software (or serious pay software) to download those videos ?
