On first sight, this software really seemed to do the trick. But unfortunately, it seems to record only 53 seconds of the live stream I'm trying to record then either declare the record "Complete" or showing an error message. First I thought this was one of the restrictions put onto the demo version and would disappear when I activated the software. But it didn't.
This could, however, be due to a property of the stream, viz. being streamed in "blocks". So it's not the software's fault.

But thank you anyway for the idea!
