WatchESPN 60FPS?

I read that the WatchESPN apps for media playback boxes (such as a Roku) support 60FPS streams. When using WatchESPN.com and the WatchESPN Windows 10 app, M3U8 feeds max out at 720p30. Does anyone know anything about the 60FPS bits?
