There are lots of Shoutcast stream rippers. I'm not sure which one of them works on Windows 2k, but you can always try. Most shoutcast stream rippers working in Windows XP will probably run on Windows 2k.

Also please note that WM Recorder can't split and tag songs ripped from Shoutcast.
