What IBX version and OS do you have?
I've been repeating this for a long time, but many services force you to upgrade your IBX to 11.6000.6324. I wan't able to make
freeme2 and
fu4m 1.3 fix-2 work with the latest version of IBX. So currently I can only recommend to use lossy
DRM removal software to remove DRM protection from Windows Media audio and video files (or
direct sound recording software and
screen video capture software if you have few DRM-protected files).
