You need to add the livestreamer best parameter / flag to the set of commands your executing / calling, you can't just type what it gives you, livestreamer doesn't support that, it's more of a debug feature so you know what video qualitys the stream is actually available in to suit your bandwidth, not like other command line executables that recognise y, n f1-f12 typed keys etc

I got (403 Client Error: Forbidden), so you probably need to add a useragent or flashver too or my ip address is region blocked.
