yeah as you can see in the picture i paid by credit card.
in the first 2 time i bought the 15 days membership (march and april) i got the mail instantly after payment, and this time it actually took 30minutes.
what you're saying is probably right.. might be the way of payment (bitcoin)
tho if you remember what your IP address was during the payment you could still technically be able to access the members area.
use this :

and write your ip address instead of IPADDRESS and login, if your payment went through and you bought a membership then it should work and give u the premium/rights to download files.
as it works by the "ip address u had the moment u purchased"
