Try livestreamer, I was able to get onto the site using Hola,
Livestreamer.exe "Hds://Linkhere" --default-stream best -o Filename.ts
You can get the links for
http://rio2016.francetvsport.fr using Google Chrome's developer tools as they are using a modified HDS.
