Are you using the full or demo version? I was able to record as long as the non-members are allowed. A good 5-10 minutes or so. I'm playing it back now and it's played back for 75 seconds so far.
What version of
Replay Media Catcher are you currently using? I got no such error, and in fact the video is still playing back with no problem...
