I can't seem to figure out how to get links for this:

I previously used adownloader to grab videos like this, but now it gives an error that there is no XML. It used to provide resolution up to 720p and I'd like to grab the highest available.
If someone could please explain how to find the links and what to use to download the stream, I'd greatly appreciate it.
