Will your dvd player support avi? Also, what type of mpeg, mpeg-1, 2, or 4? Many dvd players support mpeg2 and/or mpeg4, but you would want to check to see if your dvd player(s) would support that file type. What you MIGHT want to do, is check out our list of audio/video converters and try a few out. I don't know any off top of my head that work with the TOC file type unfortunately.
