I had a similar problem. I have a registered version. I researched and researched without luck. I tried all of the suggestions that people suggest. Finally, somebody made mention of firewall settings. I don't know about these settings. I have Windows10. I went to Settings> Network & Internet> Ethernet> Windows Firewall > Allow an APP through Windows Firewall. Scroll down to the TUBEDigger application and make sure both PRIVATE and PUBLIC are selected. If not, Change Settings button, and select both settings. > OK. Your Tubedigger APP should work now. Hope this works.
