To get sound from these page you may download the SWF flash file and use some flash decompiler to extract audio from it. Doing this will allow you to avoid any quality loss (which you will probably get when using an
audio/video converter that can convert SWF to sound).
You may also record audio from your sound card using
direct sound recording software. Some of these programs are free, so there is no sense to record them with
screen video capture software and then extract audio from them.
